APE 2025 | Keep going, excitement continues

The second Asia Photonics Expo (APE) was held from February 26 to 28, 2025 at the Sands Expo and Convention Center in Singapore. As a highly influential industry event in the field of Asia Photonics, which gathers the global leading enterprises and innovative forces in the photonics industry, Sintai Communications presented its DCI/OTN equipment and OLS device, electrical and optical layer cards, optical transceivers and other products at the exhibition to demonstrate its manufacturing capabilities in the optical communications industry in order to seek cross-border international partnerships. The DCI/OTN equipment is an optoelectronic integrated wavelength-division transmission equipment designed for data center interconnection (DCI); while OLS device is an optical line system designed for open transport network architecture, aiming at decoupling the WDM line system at the optical level from the electrical layer as a whole.

The two optical transmission equipments independently developed by our company break through the limitation of transmission rate and distance, and provide strong support and guarantee for the construction of high-speed, large-capacity and low-latency communication network.

The continuous advancement of AI technology, the deep integration of AI and IoT has gradually become a new trend in the industry, the demand for interconnection between nodes of the arithmetic network has grown significantly, and the interconnection of DCI technology and related products have attracted market attention. Among them, DCI interconnection is particularly worthy of attention. By connecting various data centers, it enables resource sharing among large data centers and greatly improves the use efficiency of data centers.

The three-day exhibition came to a successful end. Visitors showed great interest in the OLS device presented by us, as the star product, triggered heated discussions and in-depth attention on the show floor. The sales staff demonstrated and explained solutions to customers, which aroused a burst of favorable comments, and at the same time demonstrated the deep heritage and strength of Sintai's equipment in the field of technology.
